Mediating role of employee engagement between Blue Ocean Leadership and team performance

<span lang="EN-US">The study examined the mediating effect of employee engagement between blue ocean leadership and team performance among lecturers. A cross-sectional design was used, quantitative data were collected using a structured survey from 2,580 lecturers population across 22 vocational colleges in Malaysia's north zone. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used for analysis. The results revealed considerable positive relationship engagement, as well performance. Employee demonstrated through use bootstrapping analysis, acts mediator finding supported Blue Ocean Leadership theory Social Exchange this study. Future research is be recommended to conduct other states private institutions get comprehensive understanding.</span>
